Relaxation Massage
One of the most healing things we can give to ourselves is a chance to
relax. All relaxation massage can include Swedish Massage, gentle
trigger point work, passive stretching, Craniosacral Therapy and Flower
Essence. Before each massage we will talk about what is most important
to focus on in that session as well as what kind of massage is best for you.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is wonderful for the treatment of speciﬁc areas of
your body that are uncomfortable or injured. I will draw from many
modalities including myofacial release, trigger point and active stretching.
Each session will begin with a discussion of what you are feeling you need
and a visual assessment.

Structural Integration
Structural Integration (SI) is the work of Dr. Ida Rolf (also known as
Rolﬁng). This multi-session process allows the body to move with greater
ease and balance. Old injuries as well as habits of holding will be
addressed in each session. As with most practitioners, I have my own
interpretation of the traditional SI protocol. I feel that the “recipe” created
by Dr. Rolf best serves my clients when it is altered to ﬁt the individual.
You can anticipate more than the traditional 10 sessions. This allows your
body to respond at itʼs unique pace. SI is a journey and a gift to yourself.

Pre and Post Event Massage
Are you a performer or competitive athlete? Consider pre and post event
massage to prepare for your event and decrease your recovery time.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage
As your body changes through the amazing process of pregnancy
massage can help ease the aches and pains that are common with the
growth of your child. Once your child is born you will again be faced with
the changes your body is going through as well as “mom back”, the achey
upper back that we all feel when we spend many hours holding our
beloved newborn babies.

Craniosacral for Newborns, Babies & Children
After spending many hours in training to provide CST for adults I began
my study of Pediatric CST. I have worked with healthy newborns as well
as those with birth trauma, children diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and
sensory integration issues, child and teen athletes with injury recuperation.
